This policy explains the information used to provide Demand Before Build accounts and paid market-research reports.
Information we handle
We handle account information such as your name and email, the product ideas and constraints you submit, generated research and reports, source links, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Payment status, purchased package, transaction identifiers, and billing email may be recorded, but payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Demand Before Build.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, allocate and consume validation credits, research submitted ideas, create reports, support users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain transaction records. Research uses publicly available web information and may retain source URLs and excerpts needed to support report findings.
Service providers and third-party links
Our hosting, authentication, data storage, research, and payment providers process information only as needed to provide the service. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details under its own privacy terms. Reports may link to third-party websites and Meta Ads Library; those sites control their own privacy practices.
Storage, retention, and security
Account and report data are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons. Contact us to make a request.
Browser storage and cookies
Account sessions are kept in browser local storage. The authenticated interface may use a functional cookie to remember sidebar preferences. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers. See the Cookie Policy for details.
