Refund Policy

Before research begins

An unused validation credit may be requested for refund before research has started. If you have not used a credit and would like your money back, contact support with your account email and transaction details and we will review the request.

Once research has started or a report is delivered

Once a validation job has started, or a report has been completed and delivered, purchases are ordinarily non-refundable. The digital research service has begun, and the work cannot be returned. A disappointing market conclusion, limited public evidence, or a decision not to build does not by itself mean the service failed.

Exceptions we always review

Some situations are reviewed even after research has started:

• Duplicate charges. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, contact support and we will investigate and correct verified duplicates.
• Verified technical failures. If research fails without producing evidence or a report, the system is designed to return the validation credit automatically. If that does not happen, contact support so the transaction and research run can be reviewed.
• Mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

How to request a review

Email support@demandbeforebuild.com from your account address with the charge date, package, and reason for the request. Do not include full payment card details. Every request is read and reviewed on its merits; this policy does not promise a response time or that every request will be approved.
