Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Demand Before Build and its paid digital market-research and idea-validation reports.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter an agreement where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account.
Validation credits
Purchases add the stated number of one-time validation credits to the purchasing account. Credits are used when eligible research begins, have no cash value, and are not subscriptions. Credits currently do not expire. Payment confirmation and credit delivery depend on the authenticated account and Stripe transaction record.
The service and its limits
Demand Before Build researches publicly available evidence and organizes it into decision-support reports. Sources can be incomplete, inaccessible, outdated, or changed by third parties. Reports are research tools, not legal, financial, investment, or professional advice, and do not guarantee demand, revenue, profitability, funding, or commercial success.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, submit unlawful material, violate third-party rights, or use reports or source access unlawfully.
Ownership and permitted use
You retain rights in the ideas and original material you submit. Demand Before Build retains rights in the service, software, presentation, and report structure. You may use reports for your own lawful business decisions. Third-party source content remains subject to its owners’ rights and terms.
Third-party services
Stripe processes payments. Reports link to independent websites and services, including public source pages and advertising libraries. We do not control their availability, content, or policies.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or ended where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, abuse, or protection of the service and other users. Applicable rights and payment obligations survive where required.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded and liability is limited to losses directly caused by the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
